From the time I first came into the showroom to finalizing the paperwork, I was treated in a most friendly and couteous manner.  Your staff and managers went out of their way to answer questions about the car, its safety features, the warranty and financing options.  Another important factior in my selection was dealer service.  It became obvious when touring the Service Dept, that I could rely on factory support and experienced technicians to help me get the most out of my car for years to come.

My wife and I finally decided it was time to get a new car. Since we have kids, we needed to get something with a lot of room but with gas prices these days, we thought that a SUV would be too much of a burden on our wallets.....To make a long story short, we narrowed it down to the Chrysler Town & Country. After being jerked around at other local Chrysler dealerships, I found Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge and decided to email Scott DePeralta, the Fleet & Internet manager.  I let him know what I wanted in options and how much I can afford. He responded within 5 minutes and suprising to me he actually quoted me well under my intended budget. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was already washed and cleaned and the paperwork was already printed out. After a few signatures my family and I were on the road grinning from ear to ear!!!
